iVillage Travel . This site is formed from an interlink of various iVillage sites. The Travel section is an extremely interesting and well laid out editorial section complete with travel tips such as 'for parents', 'single mothers'. The booking agent side is not so much for flights as for packages and vacations. There is a general feel of 'family'-ness about it, though it's not at all bound by that, and it is definitely pitched to the suburbs. Still, very good at what it does. Destination guides, both types, are recommended.
