Diana Fairechild
The toxic conditions
on airplanes caused international flight attendant Diana Fairechild
to lose her health. She was medically grounded after 21 years
and 10 million miles of flying. Fairechild is now an author, speaker and airline
passenger advocate, alerting travelers to the health dangers
of air travel. Her frank revelations about the airline industry
help passengers to understand their place among the competing
priorities of safety and economy. From her home in Hawaii, Diana
Fairechild writes and, when she can, she counsels people about
air travel and healing.

I believe it's abusive to cut
back passengers' air so the airlines
can save a few pennies. I hope to generate popular support for
my campaign to reform this and
other hazardous airline practices.
And then, there's the spraying
of pesticide on airline passengers.
I have lobbied government agencies, Congress, and the White House
regarding the toxicity of the commercial jet cabin environment.
Fifteen countries have stopped spraying pesticide on passengers--but
nineteen countries still do it. This work is ongoing.
I am happy to help you to minimize
the emotionally draining, irritability causing, and even life
threatening effects of flying and am grateful for the many questions
from readers. Some will be answered on this web site. In addition,
my book JET SMARTER
offers hundreds of practical tips.
If you are in a hurry for an
answer and you want consulting including help with fear
of flying, please e-mail
